DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized in a fast-paced environment. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and a focus on fresh food safety.

You will start with onboarding and training, then pick up shifts through the scheduling app. Shifts occur on a two-week cadence with potential for premium pay during late-night hours and Flex shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
