DoorDash DashMart is seeking a reliable Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick up shifts, pack orders, and maintain warehouse organization. The role requires two shifts per month minimum, with onboarding and a brief training shift to set you up for success.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, picking orders through the app, stocking inventory, and ensuring product freshness while meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts and pick up open shifts via scheduling app.
• Strong reliability and communication to meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders for Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
