DoorDash is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate at our DashMart location. You will pick and pack orders from the app, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized.

As a reliable, team-oriented member, you will review substitutions with customers and participate in onboarding and 4-hour training shifts. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in refrigerated areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to pick up shifts via scheduling app and follow process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders received through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management, including shelf-life control.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved to delight customers.
