Job summary

Stone Oak Allergy in San Marcos is seeking a Patient Care Representative for our clinic. Flexible schedule, 2–3 days a week, with focus on reliable, patient-centered service.

You will greet patients in person and by phone, schedule appointments and injections, manage billing and payments, and document all tasks in the Practice Management and EMR systems. Collaboration with medical staff is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding patient experience during calls and visits.
• Operate multi-line phone system and standard office equipment.
• Cross-train to support other clinical areas when needed.
• Understand healthcare insurance and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments and injections for patients.
• Manage accounts receivable and collect payments.
• Document tasks accurately in PM/EMR systems.
