Job summary

KidStrong Olathe is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy center, drive growth, and deliver exceptional families’ experiences. You’ll supervise coaches, manage schedules, and ensure program quality while building community with local families.

This role combines sales, operations, and people leadership, with 4 weekdays plus a weekend shift, focusing on KPIs, training, and brand consistency. A coaching background helps; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months–11 years.
• Comfortable speaking with parents/guardians.
• Pediatric OT/PT background a plus but not required.
• Experience in management is required.
• Proficient with Google tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s KPIs and financials to make informed decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Manage weekly coaching schedule and ensure shifts are covered.
• Schedule and sell KidStrong events to maximize profitability.
• Support social media presence with on-brand posts and timely responses to inquiries.
• Lead monthly center-level staff meetings focusing on development, productivity, and programming.
