You will manage coaching schedules, recruit and train staff, coordinate events, and maintain a strong social media presence. The role demands leadership, performance focus, and a passion for children’s growth.

Qualifications

• Athletic coaching background with experience coaching kids 15 months–11 years.
• Strong leadership and people management background.
• Comfortable using Google tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Oversee center-level initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
• Schedule and sell KidStrong events to drive profitability.
• Lead staff meetings and coach development efforts.
