Job summary

KidStrong in Oklahoma City is seeking a General Manager to own center performance, culture, and membership growth. You’ll lead a coaching team, manage operations, and ensure exceptional family experiences across programs from toddler classes to camps.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, hit KPIs, and partner with HQ on curriculum and programming. This role demands energy, integrity, and a passion for developing people and kids daily.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids
• High energy, strong presence leading a room
• Athletic or coaching background with kids crawling–11
• Proven leadership or management experience
• CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in dynamic, high-energy classes
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing coaching team
• Own change management for center-level processes and initiatives
• Set culture and protect it
• Manage center scheduling and payroll
• Drive membership growth through proactive lead management and events
• Hit center KPIs and ensure brand standards across all interactions
