Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and Firebar area
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and guest safety at all times
