Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to perform simple math calculations.
• Stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 18+ age for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and cocktails to Firebirds standards.
• Guide guests with confident menu recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entries, and payments.
• Keep bar and Firebar area clean and guest-ready.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety.
