Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to join our Front of House team in a guest-focused bar environment. You will craft cocktails, beer, and wine to our standards and guide guests through menu pairings with confidence.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling orders and payments, maintaining a clean bar, and supporting To-Go orders. Flexible schedules, training, and growth opportunities accompany competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a guest-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation
• 18+ age requirement

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.
