Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to deliver warm hospitality and high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced bar setting. You’ll engage guests, recommend menu pairings, and ensure accurate order handling with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing brand. All FOH staff must be 18+ and able to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.
