American Family Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within scope of training and approved agreement. You will work with other providers and staff at a franchised AFC location to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction. Responsibilities and benefits vary by franchise.

The role requires strong communication, licensure as PA or NP, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Competitive benefits and scheduling support are provided.

Formación

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA board certification.
• Active PA/NP licensure in state of practice; DEA number and CS cert as required.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent communicator with patients, families and staff.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Take complete health histories and review records; develop medical assessments and order tests.
• Form diagnoses and initiate therapy or referrals as appropriate.
• Provide emergency measures and stabilization when needed.
• Interpret data to determine patient status and management.
• Educate patients and families on health care and promotion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
