Job summary

Aflac is seeking Benefits Advisors to partner with business owners and HR reps, designing supplemental coverage and value-added services for employees. You’ll help clients secure financial peace of mind during health events, with no required prior sales experience and on-the-job training included.

You determine your own schedule and earning potential in a commission-based model with bonuses, residuals, and stock. Work across multiple locations, with training to become licensed and start selling.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Willing to obtain state licensing (Life/Health).
• Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell and educate on insurance products to businesses.
• Develop and execute solutions for clients.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Manage relationships with customers and business owners.
• Lead and develop client relationships.
• Provide benefits expertise as enroller or counselor.
