Qualifications

• Be outgoing, entrepreneurial, and motivated.
• Prior Sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions: provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Customer/client/business owner relationships and service management.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise: enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, communication preferences.
• Maintaining state licensing (Life/Health, etc.).
