Aflac seeks energetic, entrepreneurial benefits advisors to partner with business owners and HR teams. You’ll design and enroll supplemental insurance plans, educate clients on value, and drive strategic lead generation.

You’ll steer marketing initiatives and manage key relationships while maintaining licenses across states, with flexible work arrangements that let you set your own schedule. As an independent agent, you’ll have control over your earnings, commissions, bonuses, and residuals,

Qualifications

• Sales presentations and B2B management
• Enrollment and guidance on insurance products

• Maintaining state licensing (Life/Health) across jurisdictions
