Job summary

Aflac is seeking energetic sales professionals to join its Benefits Advisors program. Be your own boss with uncapped earning potential, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to make a real difference for clients. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.

As a benefits advisor, you’ll work with business owners and HR to plan supplemental coverage, while receiving on-the-job training and licensing support. Commission, bonuses, residuals, and stock fuel growth across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions: strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Customer/business owner relationship, service and management.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise as an enroller, counselor, worksite liaison.
• Maintaining state licensing (may include Life and/or Health).
