Qualifications

• Prior Sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.
• Be an advisor to business owners and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance.
• Licensing maintenance may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Sales presentations, B2B management, enrollment and education on insurance products
• Entrepreneurial tasks including providing strategic solutions to clients
• Marketing strategy and lead generation
• Manage customer relationships and key accounts
• Lead and manage customer relationships and communications
• Benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, or worksite liaison
• Maintaining state licensing (Life and/or Health, etc.)
