Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring dedicated professionals to provide in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports children with autism spectrum disorders, delivering evidence-based programs and helping them achieve functional goals.

We offer flexible part-time hours (15–20 per week), opportunities for advancement, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and Georgia-wide opportunities. A valid RBT credential and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for the child.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
