Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to provide in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful work supporting children with autism.

You will implement ABA programs, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to reinforce skills. Must have active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation to serve families across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
