Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks an part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement therapy plans, teach functional skills, and document progress in our data system while collaborating with families to ensure consistency.

The role offers a flexible after-school schedule (15–20 hours/week) and opportunities for advancement. A positive impact on children's development is central to this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
