Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time RBTs to support children with autism in home and community settings under supervision by a BCBA. You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and collaborate with families to help kids reach functional goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, PTO/Sick time, opportunities for advancement, BCBA supervision, and a path to BCBA supervision. Must have active RBT certification, pass a background check, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB.
Pass a criminal background check.
Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license.
Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma on file.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills to help children reach functional goals and needs.
Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
