Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring for in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services. We welcome both experienced RBTs and individuals eager to make a difference; you will work under BCBA supervision delivering ABA programs in homes and community settings.

The role offers part-time hours (15–20 per week), a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. Additional compensation is provided for RBT certification, with PTO/Sick time for hourly staff and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
Pass a criminal background check.
Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills that allow children to meet their functional goals and needs.
Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
