Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs and collect data to help children meet communication, social, and daily living goals.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA
• Teach skills that allow children to meet functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
