Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes implementing ABA programs and helping children achieve functional goals.

You will document progress in our data collection system, work closely with families, and enjoy a flexible after-school schedule (15–20 hours/week), with chances for growth and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
