Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time RBT to support in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist children in developing communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

We offer a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and supervision by experienced BCBA professionals. PTO/sick time and referral bonuses are available, with additional compensation for RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold an active RBT certification.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills to meet goals and improve daily living.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
