Rehab Solutions Inc. is seeking a Part Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team in Red Cloud, NE. The role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy and meaningful patient care within a supportive, therapist-led organization.

Education: Associate’s degree in PTA; Licensure: State license or license eligibility. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, direct patient care, documentation and collaboration with the care team for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a PTA or license eligible.

Responsabilités

• Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
