Rehab Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health in Tulsa, OK, offering Full Time, Part Time, or PRN positions. You will work with a therapist-led team to provide compassionate care and autonomous scheduling in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills; proficient with EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
