Job summary

Rehab Solutions is seeking a Part Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health in the Davenport, IA area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient care within a supportive, clinician-led organization.

You will work with a collaborative team to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while maintaining thorough documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Accurately document treatments, progress, and responses in the EHR and comply with policies.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
