Job summary

Rehab Solutions in Red Cloud, NE is seeking a Part Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team. This role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient care in the Red Cloud area.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or license eligibility as PTA.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families on protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and standards.
• Collaborate with PTs and healthcare staff for coordinated care.
