Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Nebraska.
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy assistant experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to clients in their homes, including therapeutic interventions and goals, home exercise program, etc.
• Coordinate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients
• Educate clients and their families on proper self-care techniques and health maintenance strategies
• Monitor and document client progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the physician
• Act as an advocate for clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and respectful manner
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
