Telos Health Systems in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a Psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living facilities. Part-time, 2 days per week, pay-per-encounter, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time.

The role offers clinical autonomy, strong leadership support, and flexible scheduling within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.).
• Master’s degree (LMHC/LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Level II background check required per AHCA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.
