Job summary

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with collaboration from the interdisciplinary team, while maintaining professional standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Unit-specific certification (ACLS, PALS, etc.) as required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social and psychological status and involve the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate care with the team, manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed; maintain professional documentation.
