Job summary

Alliance Staffing Solutions LLC in Las Vegas/Henderson, NV is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for PRN opportunities across the Las Vegas area. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, with attention to safety and quality.

Requirements include a Nevada RN license, 2 years of recent acute ICU experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to work PRN shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nevada RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of acute ICU experience within the last 5 years – REQUIRED
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Manage and monitor critical-care equipment as appropriate
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Respond appropriately to emergency and critical situations
• Follow facility safety, infection-control, and clinical protocols
