Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Registered Nurse for PRN assignments at Rainbow Instacare and other Instacare locations. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care using nursing process and collaboration with the health team.

Candidates must hold an RN license in the state, BLS, and any required certifications; BSN preferred. You will float across locations, document care, and provide education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Unit-specific certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop plan of care.
• Plan and prepare patients for ongoing support and education.
• Direct and coordinate care ensuring timely documentation and resource management.
