Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• BSN required by 4/27/2025; education from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient status and plan individualized care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and prepare patients for further support and education.
• Direct and coordinate care to meet plan of care and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise care plan as needed; ensure timely documentation.
