Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Charlotte, NC is seeking a qualified individual for a PRN front desk receptionist position at our imaging center. The role offers shift coverage planned 2 weeks to a month in advance, providing flexibility to balance personal commitments.

You will welcome patients, check them in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and collect payments at the time of service, while performing general front desk duties. Training occurs weekdays with potential progression to a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2+ years in customer support or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and answer the telephone.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collect balances at time of service.
• Perform front desk/clerical duties as necessary.
