Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams and supervise PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides, delivering care to adults and geriatrics.

Flex/Per Diem scheduling offers meaningful patient impact with scheduling flexibility. Required: PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate), MO license (current or temporary), BLS

Qualifications

• Professional clinical competencies in evaluating patient needs and formulating treatment plans.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities for PTAs and aides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services per established treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and direct PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Technicians.
• Deliver care to adult and geriatric populations.
• Ensure compliance with Mercy standards and state practice acts.

Education
