Job summary

Mercy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a flex/per diem basis in Missouri. You will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services, collaborating with physicians and care teams to restore function and mobility.

You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides, ensure adherence to standards, and provide patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Current PT license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services per established plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Technicians.
• Deliver high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients while complying with standards.
