Job summary

Mercy Springfield is seeking a Physical Therapist (Flex/Per Diem) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy services. You will work closely with physicians, case managers, and the rehabilitation team to optimize function and mobility for adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Must have a Physical Therapy degree (BPT/MS/DPT).
• Current Missouri PT license or temporary license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services per established treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Technicians.
• Deliver care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Ensure compliance with Mercy standards and state practice acts.
• Contribute to a patient-centered care environment.
