Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized behavior plans and provide high-quality care to clients with ASD and related disorders.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and maintain meticulous session records while supporting families with effective behavioral strategies and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification with BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with ASD or related disorders is valued.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and monitor client progress using assessment tools.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to update and modify behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress.
• Provide training to clients and families on behavioral strategies.
