Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a BCBA-owned ABA practice delivering one-on-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers per diem scheduling and the chance to grow professionally within a collaborative team.

Under supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, maintain session notes, and communicate with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in a one-on-one setting under supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure expertise in ABA practices and techniques.
