Job summary

Champions ABA MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy with children and adults with ASD in home or community settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and collect data on progress.

This per diem position offers flexible scheduling, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the chance to help individuals reach their goals through personalized instruction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• collaborate with the treatment team to adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions and progress.
