Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at New Patterns ABA FL, you will play a critical role in our mission to provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized behavior plans, providing high-quality care to our clients. Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
