Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and the treatment team.

This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth through training, and a collaborative, supportive work environment that makes a meaningful impact on clients and families.

Formación

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision by BCBA/RBT supervisor.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists for comprehensive plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy services in one-on-one settings under supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the team.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure ABA practice proficiency.
