Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings to implement behavioral interventions designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data and monitor client progress through various assessment tools and protocols.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify behavior plans to ensure individualized care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
• Provide support and training to clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
