Job summary

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support behavior interventions to help clients develop important life skills.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification (preferred), reliable transportation, and experience with autism. Strong communication, empathy, and time management are essential to succeed in this collaborative, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
