Zusammenfassung

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized behavior plans and provide high-quality care to clients with ASD and related disorders.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and maintain meticulous session records while supporting families with effective behavioral strategies and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification with BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with ASD or related disorders is valued.

Job Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at New Patterns ABA FL, you will play a critical role in our mission to provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized behavior plans, providing high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings to implement behavioral interventions designed by BCBAs
• Collect data and monitor client progress through various assessment tools and protocols
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify behavior plans to ensure individualized care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Provide support and training to clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Per Diem Schedule

As a Per Diem RBT, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexible support to our clients and families. This is an excellent opportunity to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace, while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
