Zusammenfassung

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This per diem, independent contractor role involves in-home infusion visits and patient education for therapies such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person advice, document care, and collaborate with pharmacy to ensure seamless therapy delivery and patient adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patientsPreferred.
• CPR and BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits according to the care plan.
• Prepare nursing notes and document interventions in records.
• Serve as a clinical resource with pharmacy departments.
• Educate patients about therapy protocols and side effects.
• Explain therapy plans, medications, and adherence importance.
• Coordinate care between patient, family, and pharmacy to ensure seamless therapy.
