Job summary

AmeriPharma in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support to patients undergoing treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Under supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will provide telephonic and in-person guidance, assess patient needs, and coordinate with the pharmacy to ensure safe and effective therapy in the home setting.

Qualifications

• RN with active state license and nursing degree.
• Minimum 2+ years in home infusion settings.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per plan of care.
• Document nursing interventions in clinical records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and adherence.
• Coordinate with pharmacy team and other care providers.
• Perform assessments and update care plans as needed.
• Ensure safe administration of IV therapies at home.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with patients and family.

CRNI certification preferred

Pediatric infusion experience

Education
