AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team. This role combines infusion therapy and patient education, delivering in-home care and support for treatments like TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Under Nursing Director supervision, you will ensure compliant and effective home infusion programs. The role requires strong nursing knowledge, judgment, and collaboration with the pharmacy team, with flexibility for Per Diem hours and independent

Formación

• RN license active in the state where employed.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy (adult & pediatric).
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• CPR and BLS certification current; valid driver license with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per plan of care.
• Document nursing notes and patient interventions in records.
• Act as clinical resource; coordinate with pharmacy and other departments.
• Educate patients verbally and in writing on therapy protocols and side effects.
• Ensure patient understanding of therapy plans, medications, and adherence.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and initiate preventive care.
• Develop care plans with interventions and necessary services.
• Regularly evaluate progress and revise plans with the team.

Educación

RN license

2+ years home infusion experience

CRNI preferred

Pediatric and adult IV infusion experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

CPR/BLS certification
